Core Modules

We have 10 core modules that we can adapt to suit your particular needs.

These core modules can be integrated into an existing system, or used to set up a new system, to create multi-channel interactive services. These include setting up admin and user password access, creating documents, email response, marketing, customer self service and payments.

1. USER ADMINISTRATION – ACCESS & PERMISSIONS

Allows the setting up of admin users with login ID and password

  • Password strength is set to PCI DSS compliant level with password change prompts which can be configured. Default setting is 45 days.
  • Activate/deactivate option for Super Admin permission level.
  • Audit reports on user login time and date
  • Tracking of user activity throughout system
  • Date/time stamp for queries run, records viewed, changes made, time in system.

2. DOCUMENTS AND PRINTING

Allows the creation of all documents using full WYSIWYG functionality.

  • Documents can be produced in Word, PDF or Post Script format.
  • Documents from templates with dynamic content or free form.
  • Printing options include Local, Remote Print farm and remote customer
  • Document reconciliation for large runs
  • Electronic document option (locked PDF) included.
  • Documents can be template formatted to include logo, header and footer as well as fonts and tables if required.
  • Documents can be amended without programmer intervention
  • E-secure document delivery either through embedded URL link within email with validation challenge, or secure customer profile area with login and password access
  • Audit trail on document access and download
  • Documents are archived securely on a storage server
  • Duplicate documents are easily retrieved and dispatched

3. EMAIL & SMS MODULE

Configure Email and SMS

  • Inbound and outbound SMS functions fully integrated into system.
  • Auto confirmation SMS on policy inception or sale
  • Can be tailored for any service trigger – details chase, payments etc.
  • Automated Reminder SMS if selected.
  • Import of customer and associated data to generate outbound

Functions allowing recalculation of charges

  • Collection of payment/ refund function

7. REPORTS & MI

Extensive reports and Management Information module

  • Configure reports by time period, sales channel, branch ID, agent
  • Quotation, Sales reports
  • Download in CSV or Excel format

  • MI application can be tailored to report on any business metrics
  • Import of external data in real time by XML or batch CSV file.
  • Ability to build and store custom queries
